The handed in scripts are solely used for the script - contest and a contingent picturization in case of selection according to the rules of contest.
The E-mail - addresses, necessary for signing in, are used for identification and notification in terms of the contest. Furthermore they are used for the announcements of further activities of the Medientraktor - Network. These rights remain assigned until the owner of the E-mail - address countermands. In addition to that, there is no unheralded usage of the data by the Medientraktor - Network. The data are not passed on to third parties.

Rights concerning the submission of a script

By handing in a script, the author gives permission for the script to take part in the announced contest of the Medientraktor - Network.
After the script will have been selected according to the rules of contest, the author agrees to the picturization of the script in the course of an announced event of the Medientraktor - Network.
After the production of the movie, the Medientraktor - Network obtains the right to show the movie in public, to reproduce it and to use it for purposes of advertisement respective to the educational character of the Medientraktor - Network.
The Medientraktor - Network obtains permission to release the movie on its website.
With handing in a script no right for picturization is obtained.
With handing in a script no right for remuneration is obtained.
The Medientraktor - Network is not entitled to sell scripts and/or its contents to third parties without agreement of the author.

Warranty

The author of the script affirms that he developed the script himself.
The author affirms that he has not violated the copyrights of any third parties.

No scripts that are racially offensive, pornographic, glorify violence, glorify war, or violate human dignity may be approved for the contest.
